Customer Question 1: Why is my charger not working and the red light keeps flashing?

1. If you're using the standard 5W adapter, the red light will flash. Make sure you're using our original adapter or Quick Charger adapter.

2. If the cord isn't properly connected, the red light will flash. Reconnect the two charging cable ports and push them all the way in.

3. Some customers can place their phone directly on the charger without a gap, causing the red light to flash. Ensure the charging distance is within 13-30 mm.

4. If the phone is not placed in the correct charging position, the red light will flash. Move the phone to the correct charging position.
